Community Cats — These are some of the community cats Meow Stories helped last year.

Kitten season is here!!

Local and out of state shelters need our help to save little lives! From Spring all the way to Fall kittens are everywhere. Sometimes they have a momma and sometimes they do not.

Meow Stories provides all the vet care and whatever food and litter gets donated. We also have litter boxes, beds, toys, scratchers and other basic supplies.

Any foster supplies bought by the foster family is tax deductible.

Foster families need to provide a safe environment and time to socialize with the kittens.

Kittens need to be housed at least in pairs so they get good socialization.

Training can be provided.

With parental approval and supervision teenagers can foster kittens.

Mission Statement

We strongly advocate and promote Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for feral and stray cat colonies. TNR is a proven management program in which free-roaming cats are humanely trapped, spayed/neutered and vaccinated, and then returned to their caregivers to live out the remainder of their lives.

Description

Meow Stories provides a community service by educating the general public and assisting residents with TNR for feral and stray cats in their care. When availability allows, we take in kittens and friendly adults and place them in loving foster care where they are fully vetted and prepared for adoption into lifetime homes. We also provide second chances for abandoned, neglected and injured cats/kittens so that they may be rehabilitated and placed in forever homes.
