ENVP

Eastside Neighbors Volunteer Program (ENVP) in Tucson since 2004, is the 2nd largest neighborhood association helping seniors in Tucson. We serve over 300 senior clients, by providing transport in addition to other services. ENVP coordinates volunteers who use their own vehicles to provide private transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands. We also grocery shop for our Seniors. Other services include making friendly phone calls to offer a cheerful voice and supportive ear or provide an hour or two per month to help with minor housekeeping or repairs. Please consider devoting a few hours per month to the Eastside Tucson Senior Community by becoming an ENVP volunteer.

Schedule your own trips well ahead of time via our website software or have our friendly office volunteers call at least 4 days in advance to schedule trips so you can accept or decline based on your availability. There is no required monthly minimum and most trips are 2 to 3 hours. Mileage reimbursement is available on a limited basis. In addition to a caring, helpful attitude you must be at least 18 years old, participate in a training orientation, maintain a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a safe driving record. Check us out at www.tucsonenvp.com, visit us on Facebook , Email us at ENVPCares@gmail.com or give us a call at 520-245-4729. Thank you!!
