Work alongside passionate volunteers with Operation Kindness, North Texas’s oldest and largest no-kill shelter. Interact with kids of different ages from 6 to 18 teaching pet safety, the importance of treating animals humanly, citizenship within their community and much more. Volunteers work together to create teaching programs that are interesting, engaging and fun for kids. Work with students at the shelter, in local class rooms and afterschool programs. Must be comfortable around dogs and cats. Complete training and mentor provided. Formal teaching experience not required. Creative minds welcomed and encouraged. Come join the fun.

*This is a volunteer opportunity, the hours completed will no count towards court ordered community service.
