RedeemUs Social Services is looking for you!
If you are an undergraduate or college student majoring in human services, social work, public health, clinical mental health, counseling, case management or psychology and you are looking for a community - based internship to satisfy degree requirements, RedeemUs Social Services is looking for you!
At present, RedeemUs Social Services needs help. Right now, the volume of the need has far out-paced the size of our volunteer staff. We're packing our Bags and taken our services directly to the streets where our homeless consumers are. With that being said, the demand for RedeemUs Social Services will be great. Won't you consider joining our team?

Description
RedeemUs Social Services Communities Corporation formerly known as RedeemUs Essex A NJ Nonprofit Corporation is fully committed to actively attend to the needs of the homeless. Dedicated to the principle that everyone should have an address, RedeemUs Social Services successfully restores those in need of emergency supportive housing and additionally providing seasonal warming and cooling stations. Other RedeemUs Social services include: real-time on the street outreach and agency referrals, acute medical assistance and needs assessment, psychological treatment including emotional and grief counseling. Special attention is paid to acute cases, veterans and families. In addition, job preparedness training, interviewing training and job referrals are also provided.

Psychological diagnostic services, emotional and grief counseling services.
Job skills training, interviewing skills training, referrals and job placement.
Medical referrals, housing guidance and other human services.
