CLUES Paso a Paso youth programs provide educational support to children ages 3-10 whose parents are attending CLUES ESL classes. The Paso a Paso Youth Development Intern will work closely with the Paso a Paso Program Coordinator in both a direct service and development capacity. A key role of this position will be working to expand current programming to reach more students. The intern will function as a program coordinator, which includes providing support to CLUES’ adult ESL class and youth programs. Classes run Monday-Friday, 10am-12:30pm and 6-8:30pm. Interns are expected to be present during some daytime or evening hours each week, and usually commit to 10-20 hours a week. Contact us today to apply for our 2016 Fall Internships!

Description

CLUES is Minnesota’s largest Latino-led nonprofit organization, founded in 1981. Today it serves over 10,000 Latinos, immigrants, and neighborhood-based clients throughout the Twin Cities area. With offices in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, its current mission is to "Improve the quality of life of Latinos in Minnesota". CLUES’ family-centric model of delivery focuses on empowering clients to live healthy lives and become economically self-sufficient. We realize our mission by eliminating barriers and providing access to resources and opportunities for clients through education, skill-building, training, and delivering behavioral health programs that lead to self-sufficiency and prosperity.
