Person to visit with Hospice patients either in their home or at nursing homes. Spend time with the patient, listen, write letters, read to the patient, provide short periods of respite for the caregiver to run an errand, allow the caregive to have some personal time to take a nap or go out in the yard. You could run the errand for them, or help the patient make a "Memory Book" for their family.
