Make an exciting difference in the future of Brentwood 4th grade students at Pioneer Elementary by teaching them entreprenurial skills!

You can inspire young people to experience the realities and opportunities of the new global marketplace through Junior Achievement. JA, the nonprofit leader in providing innovative financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship education, needs volunteers to take career- and life-skills mentoring into local classrooms.

Requirements
Volunteers need enthusiasm and a willingness to share their experience. The time commitment is three 2 hour visits the week of December 12th. Volunteers will teach 2 sessions of the JA Our Region program over a period of 3 days (Monday - 12th, Wedensday - 14th, and Friday - 16th).

Training and JA program materials will be provided.

Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. Junior Achievement of Northern California (JA) achieves this mission through teaching students about their expanding roles as individuals, consumers, employees, employers, and productive members of our society. Working in partnership with over 4,000 community and corporate volunteers, we provide empowering programs to K-12 students across 26 counties in Northern and Central California.
