Ha you gone through the process of starting a nonprofit? YOUR KNOWLEDGE IS NEEDED! Entrepreneurs wanting to set up their business as a nonprofit need your guidance on what and how to set up their nonprofit. If you want to give back to your community and help Nonprofits get setup and thrive, consider joining SCORE!
Volunteers give approx 10 hrs/month. Hours are flexible. Basic computer skills are required.
Our monthly meeting is on the 1st Thursday of the month at FVTC Bordini center.
Requires 10 years of Business experience .You need to respond to clients request and set-up mentoring meetings within 48 business hours.

Description
SCORE is dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow and succeed nationwide through volunteer mentors offering free and confidential small business advice. SCORE is a nonprofit resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and has been mentoring small business owners for nearly 60 years. A network of over 255 SCORE offices across the country with 10,000 volunteers offer free, confidential business mentoring and low- or no-cost workshops.
For over half a decade, SCORE's thousands of working and retired business professionals, representing 62 industries, have volunteered their knowledge, expertise and experience to support the success of small business nationwide. More than 4.65 million hours of expertise and advice were donated by SCORE volunteers in 2022! SCORE provides:
- Free, confidential business mentoring in person, via email or by video
- Volunteer mentors who share their expertise across industries
- Free business tools, templates and tips online
- Inexpensive or free business workshops (locally) and webinars (online 24/7)
