Time In's award-winning arts education programming is uniquely provided to the city's most challenged, Title 1 public schools, whose repeatedly cut funding denies children the cultural access that is fundamental to their future success. Time In has experienced steady growth during the past 3 years and consequently, data management and fundraising systems are not up to the level of our programs' needs. We already have the Salesforece licenses and have committed the time needed to clean all our data to be used within the platform. Unfortunately, given the nature of our work with some of the city's poorest children, we do not have the financial resources to design and implement a CRM. We are seeking a professional to help us to tailor the Salesforce platform to our organizational needs. This project is critical for us as we expand our programs, so that we can ensure continued service to the very needy and deserving population of children from Harlem and the South Bronx who we serve. Volunteer should be willing to train the staff in the use of the database.
