"Some people want a million dollars; I just want to learn to read."
"Tutoring changed a life, mine," says Georgia, a Library Literacy Volunteer. "I met people I would have never met otherwise. I love to be part of those light bulb moments!" Be part of the light to end illiteracy become a volunteer tutor. For just a few hours a week you can make a significant difference in the life of an adult learner who needs help in reading and writing. Prior experience is not necessary tutor training is provided.
