Red Bucket is looking for an adult leader for our Jr. Reds program.
The Jr. Reds is a youth leadership program designed for 13 to 17 year olds that are passionate about horses and philanthropy, to learn teambuilding and leadership skills. In serving the horses, the Jr. Reds raise awareness and funds to support the mission, vision and values. An important learning is the significance of serving the horses, one another and the community.
We would be grateful for your help in supporting our young leaders and their activities in helping us to help our horses. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the youth leaders
- Coordinate the meetings with the leadership team at the ranch
- Assisting in sourcing education seminars
- Supporting and mentoring the Jr. Reds to coordinate fundraisers
- Overseeing communication with new Jr. Reds members
- Ensuring membership qualifications and guidelines are in place and maintained.

Red Bucket is a 100-plus horse rescue located in Chino Hills, CA. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to saving and completely turning around the lives of slaughter-bound, abused, abandoned and neglected horses. We are staffed by dedicated horse enthusiasts, trainers, veterinarians, and hundreds of volunteers and supported by contributors whose kindness toward these beautiful, amazing animals is rewarded with love beyond measure.
