JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive Assistant helps and supports the work of the CEO. The Executive Assistant will work collaboratively with the CEO. This is an UNPAID opportunity.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

* Manage calendars and set up meetings

* Respond to email inquiries and route them accordingly

* Take minutes during meetings

* Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

* Schedule meetings, travel and other arrangements

* Write letters and correspondence

* Proofread documentation such as reports, proposals, agendas, etc

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

* High School Diploma

* Some College (College Degree a plus)

* Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Knowledge, skills and abilities

* Excellent organization and time management skills

* Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Online storage databases (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud)

* Online Email / Project / Tasks Applications (Trello, MeetMe, Hugo)

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

4T's - Teaching Teens To Think helps youth with the support of educators in schools and organizations develop their natural professional ability (skill sets) to obtain gainful employment thus establishing a career and ultimately start a business through three comprehensive programs (Student Excel, Express Portal - Career and Express Portal - Entrepreneurship).
