The Executive Assistant helps and supports the work of the President. Reporting to the President, the Executive Assistant will work collaboratively with the President to develop and implement strategies to broaden the impact of the organizations programs and services.


* Help the President oversee the organizations operations
* Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
* Collaborate with the President and his network of professionals to develop strategies to effectively expand operations.
* Manage calendars and set up meetings
* Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Respond to email inquiries and route them accordingly
* Take minutes during meetings
* Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
* Organize and maintain the VIRTUAL office filing system
* Schedule meetings, travel and other arrangements
* Write letters and correspondence
* Proofread documentation such as reports, proposals, agendas, etc



* High School Diploma
* Some College (College Degree a plus)
* Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Knowledge, skills and abilities

* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Online storage databases (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud)
* Online Email / Project / Tasks Applications (Trello, Slack, MeetMe, Doodle)
* Online Video Conference Applications (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, StreamYard)
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
