This is a very busy position of checking families in for patients that are in surgery, answering the phone when nurses call out with surgery start times and surgery updates, keeping track of family members in 2 waiting rooms, greeting nurses and Doctors looking for family members and keeping families updated on the surgery progress of their loved one
