ORGANIZATION: Rinchen Palri Monastery

In the Classroom

We are looking for volunteers to teach at Rinchen Palri Monastery and Azom Monastery in Nepal, between April and September, 2017

Requirements:
* Must be over 18.

* Be willing to commit to at least 2 months teaching.

* Have decent English.

* Be flexible and ready for a lifechanging opportunity!

We provide:

* Simple, clean accommodation and facilities.

* Friendly, relaxed environment in peaceful, scenic surroundings.

* The chance to learn about Buddhism and experience a new culture.

* The chance to make a difference.

Teaching experience is a plus but not necessary. If you have a kind heart and an enthusiastic attitude then you will be perfect!

Rinchen Palri is a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in the Kathmandu Valley. Our student monks learn Buddhist philosophy, Tibetan grammar and English along with ritual practice. The Monastery is in the Drikung Kagyu lineage under the spiritual directorship of Sonam Jorphel Rinpoche.
