ProCare Hospice needs Volunteers to provide companionship to terminally ill hospice patients. Volunteers visit our patients in nursing facilities or private homes, providing companionship, caregiver relief, and emotional support for patients and families.
Volunteers need to successfully complete the hospice volunteer training, screening and orientation program. Candidates should also be able to drive and have current auto insurance.
Volunteers are a critical part of the ProCare team. With a warm smile, a listening ear, and a heartfelt willingness to help, you can make a difference.
