Provide lifesaving rides to cancer patients in the Twin Cities!

If you have a few free hours Monday through Friday during the daytime, you can help save a life! Volunteer drivers are needed for the American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery program in the Twin Cities, MN area. Drivers donate their time and vehicle to take cancer patients to treatment and back home again. They also provide encouragement and support.

Drivers are needed throughout the year. Volunteers must have a good driving record, a valid driver’s license, a serviceable car with seatbelts and adequate insurance coverage. Volunteer drivers need to be friendly and compassionate. Drivers must respond to all patient ride requests in a timely fashion and follow through on all commitments.
