Cancer Resource Volunteer/Patient Navigation - Are you a good listener? Friendly and outgoing? Comfortable speaking with people in a hospital, Dr.s ofc or Cancer Treatment Center? Comfortable talking with people from diverse backgrounds? Become a patient navigator and help patients, families and caregivers navigate through the cancer journey. American Cancer Society will train you to work with patients, families and caregivers. As a Cancer Resource Volunteer you will be able to help to link those dealing with cancer to much needed programs and resources.

Description
We offer support groups, educational programs and social activities to persons touched by cancer. Programs include those for children and teens either with a diagnosis or with family or friends with a diagnosis.
