Our mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support, and advocacy. We work hard to provide the kind of individualized services that can really help make a difference to an adult... to a child... to a family. Services provided are designed to maximize choice and to support people as they build quality lives within the St. Louis community.

* New volunteers must complete paperwork and volunteer orientation before starting.
* The most recent update regarding the COVID-19 Delta strain mask mandate began on Monday, July 26, requiring people to wear masks in indoor public places and public transportation. It includes everyone 5 and older - including those who are vaccinated. Wearing a mask at all in-person volunteer opportunities, both inside and outside, will be required.

St. Louis Scene offers a variety of recreational and leisure opportunities for adults to explore their community. The calendar is scheduled for two months at a time. Volunteers assist with instruction supports, engaging with participants, and joining along with the fun! A volunteer role is also available for virtual supports.

When: September through December 2021

Time: Friday evenings, Saturday, and Sunday days - time and date vary with the event; a calendar will be provided with specific details.

Location: Various events and locations across St. Louis, MO, and virtual options through Zoom.
