Help us make a difference in the lives of Missouri’s sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife!
The Wildlife Rescue Center is searching for bright, critical thinkers to be the first point of contact for our team and assist with triaging calls and emails regarding human/wildlife interactions and wildife emergencies. Rescue and intake coordinators provide biologically sound information while following policies and procedures of WRC to resolve wildlife conflicts humanely, reunite wild families, and coordinate human intervention when necessary. In addition, coordinators help animal finders and intake new patients at the Wildlife Rescue Center's front desk.
Previous experience is not required, and training will be provided. Dedicated volunteers make up the majority of our workforce, and we ask all new volunteers to agree to a minimum commitment of service.
