Mission Statement
The Disability Parking Enforcement Program (DPEP) is dedicated to improving acessible parking to individuals with mobility impairments in the City & County of Denver through education and enforcement in a community patnership program.
Description
To prevent the unauthorized use of accessible parking spaces by promoting community awareness.
Augment enforcement efforts of the Denver Right of Way Enforcement Parking Department and the Denver Police Department in providing education and enforcement on laws pertaining to parking for persons with mobility disability issues.
To enforce compliance with the Denver Ordinance in off- street parking lots, and City streets throughout the City & County of Denver through the issuance of parking tickets and educating the public on requlations governing parking for people with mobility disabilities.
