Will work side by side with program participants on the following tasks:
- Planting (transplanting, Earthway seeders & hand seeding.
- Irrigation set-up (drip tape & overhead sprinkleers)
- Thinning (beets, carrots, etc)
- Trellising (mainly tomatoes)
- Cultivating (stirrup hoes, hand weeding, thinning.)
- Harvesting ( All harvesting is done hand)
- Wash area work (Washing, bunching, quality control, packing)
