We are looking for a candidate who will excel in crafting professional letters, creating presentations, drafting communications, proofreading written documents, conducting research, launching outreach opportunities with schools and interest groups, scheduling appointments and implementing creative organizational systems.
The ideal candidate would be interested in a long-term position, which would enable them to gain a deep understanding of the nature of Circle of Children. This person would assist in policy development, designing a strategic action-plan to achieve our goals, defining the framework for the new organizational systems we are creating, and finalizing our partnership, council and community agreements.
We are expanding rapidly as an organization right now and we are overflowing with ideas, opportunities and potential. One of our chief interests is in building up our core administrative team in order to be more effective and efficient in our work and ensure the growth and sustainability of our programs. We need someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, engaged, enthusiastic, excels in writing and is strongly aligned with our core values as an organization. Most of all, it is crucial that they be committed, reliable and responsible.
