Kittens sure are cute!
Help us get cats and kittens to the clinic so we can stop the problem of cat overpopulation in our area!

The CNY Cat Coalition offers low-cost spay/neuter services for cats in low-income households. Every Monday we send up to 20 cats to the Spay and Neuter Assistance Program clinic in Cortland. Cats leave from the Kirnan Real Estate office at 300 Old Liverpool Road in Liverpool at 7:30 am and are driven down to Cortland. They are picked up by night drivers at 7pm and driven back to Liverpool. We are looking for morning drivers to take the cats (all are brought in carriers) to the clinic and help unload them. We also need drivers to bring the cats back at night.

We would like drivers who are able to commit to doing one Monday a month (morning OR evening). You can receive a tax receipt for the cost of gas.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to change the world for homeless cats in Central New York...four paws at a time!

Description

CNY Cat Coalition's programs include rescue and adoption of homeless cats and low-cost spay/neuter programs for both rescuers and low-income individuals. We operate a spay/neuter line for the public to get appointments for their cats. We also have a call line for the public to report stray, feral, injured, or unwanted animals. Our network of volunteer rescuers and fosters work directly with the public on situations related to hotline calls. We also adopt out animals to screened forever homes through Petfinder.com, PetSmart stores, and private adoption events.
