Pioneer Knowledge Services inspires cultures that value knowledge. We offer knowledge services for clients for a fee and to other nonprofits in a form of a grant. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and need technical expertise to develop taxonomy and workflows and to admin.
Dynamics 365 is web-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM).
