Education Foundation's Texcellence Program donates computers to Sarasota County K-12 students in need. In addition, Texcellence has established "Digital Learning Labs", safe and supportive after-school environments where students and parents can access computers, internet and digital training. Each Digital Learning Lab has 20-30 computers and we currently have 23 labs open. From time to time, maintenance is required. This includes general software and Windows updates and lab-specific software updates or troubleshooting. Being able to identify and repair standard PC issues is needed! This position is "on-call" on an as needed basis but will not be more than 5 hours a week. Training on lab specific software including Deep Freeze and Qustodio Parental Controls will be provided.
