Volunteer will work with security staff to assist patrons entering Florida Holocaust Museum. Work involves meeting the public and monitoring entry area. Security experience is helpful but not required. Training/orientation is provided. Opportunities are available 7 days per week.

Mission Statement

The FHM honors the memory of millions of innocent men, women and children who suffered or died in the Holocaust. The Museum is dedicated to teaching members of all races and cultures to recognize the inherent worth and dignity of human life in order to prevent future genocides.

Description

The FHM was founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in 1990. The organization's goal is to promote awareness of the dangers of prejudice, hatred and violence, the most insidious ills besetting contemporary society.
