Looking for a self-motivated individual can provide administrative support for JUG Nation Jewels Youth Program. Job role includes: Recordkeeping-creating, maintaining and updating the database for registration fees, renewal dates, calendar updates, etc. Program registration and support Coordinate contact with outside vendors for various non-profit needs. Coordinate volunteers. Provide general clerical support, including filing, copying, correspondence and errands. Participate in staff meetings and activities and other program activities as required. Manage, monitor and respond to e-mails. Create email campaigns via Mail Chimp. Other general clerical support as needed. Send out reminders announcements to members, staff, parents etc along with agenda and minutes for meetings. Draft correspondence. Other clerical duties as needed.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
JUG Nation Jewels is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sisterhood based mentoring program in Phoenix, AZ
for young girls to help instill foundational virtues, leadership training and exposure to life enriching resources to increase their ability to succeed as young adults. Our program will help to develop strength of character, respect toward others and the community, affirmative behavior, and most importantly, a bond of sisterhood among peers.
