SMART Rescue covers a concession booth at the Houston Open golf tournament each year and we are looking for some volunteers. The tournament will be held at the Golf Club of Houston in Humble. Volunteers are needed to help sell food and beverages. We are famous for our hamburgers aka "Donna Burgers"; people come back to our booth every year to enjoy them. The booth sells beer so all volunteers must be 21 or older. SMART's animals receive a portion of concession sales along with all tips collected. If you're not a golf fan, the course is beautiful and it's a great way to spend some time outdoors and help homeless animals. If you are a golf fan, in addition to helping homeless animals, you can watch some great golf. The Houston Open has been a very successful fundraiser in the past and we need help to make this year even more successful. Come join in the fun and help homeless animals!
