Breast Cancer Emergency Fund (BCEF) is looking for a dynamic person to join our Client Services team in the role of regular Client Services Coordinator. Flexible Schedule during Client Service hours: 10am-12:30pm & 1:30pm-4:00pm Monday-Friday
We require a 3 month minimum commitment in order to ensure BCEF quality standards and service continuity.
Under the supervision of BCEF’s Executive Director, the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the smooth functioning of BCEF Client Services including:
Be fully-versed in all client services policies and procedures including client grievance procedures, language access and accommodation policies, HIPAA, etc.;
Provide culturally and linguistically-appropriate services;
Provide timely and responsive services;
Handle phone inquiries or other questions from applicants;
Assist applicants with application process;
Provide information and referrals to additional resources;
Process completed applications within 48 hours;
Maintaining accurate client files, both electronically and physically;
Manage BCEF client satisfaction survey data compilation and analysis.
