PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Ensure a timely response to all disasters within 2 hours of notification through effective scheduling of volunteers. Work with employees and volunteer leadership to build a culture of communication throughout the entire program to improve satisfaction, retention and organizational capacity to carry out the DAT mission.
