This training is provided by the American Red Cross after you are accepted to this position.⦆ EMBARC is an online learning management system. CAS is the online Client Assistance System, which is used to document casework.⦆ Zendesk is an online information and IT support system.

Required:
•⦆ New Employee and Volunteer Orientation (accomplished via Volunteer Intake Checklist)
•⦆ Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview (EMBARC)
•⦆ Disaster Mental Health Fundamentals (Webinar)
•⦆ Psychological First Aid (take when avialble)
