Associate Director of Engagement & Development
Associate Directors are expected to put in a minimum of 10 hours per week and be responsive to emails within 36 hours.
SUMMARY
Volunteers (Regular, Interns, and Consultants are the lifeblood of STW. The Associate Director of Volunteer Engagement and Development provides strategic leadership and guidance on research-based, data-driven volunteer engagement practices, and manages the work of the Volunteer Engagement and Development Team in order to ensure inspire people to get involved and make a difference.
STW is a highly collaborative, bustling virtual work environment full of passionate professionals who strive to create programs that transform our volunteer and donor relationships to our main vision of "Contamination free, healthy water for all" and to build an inclusive community that meets the needs and reflects the diverse backgrounds of our volunteers.
