What: Cadence Hospice is looking for caring indivisuals who love to sew and are interested in donating quality of life items to our lovely hospice patients. We are in need of the following items:
- Adult size meal aprons (bibs)
- Lap pillows
- Velcro closure nightgowns for men and women (hospital style, all sizes)
- Memory bears, quilts and pillows - gifts for grieving family members as requested (clothing and materials provided)
- Busy blankets and busy books for dementia patients (patterns provided)
We are happy to pick up and deliver finished items and supplies.

Description
Sonata Hospice Volunteers are trained to meet the needs of families and patients by providing companionship and short-term respite care. These volunteers are hand-selected and trained. Following reference and background checks, these individuals complete extensive training prior to working with patients. Volunteers make things easier by offering caregiver relief’, companionship, sharing of special interests, letter writing, reading to the patient or help with errands. We are always looking for quality volunteers. Please contact us to learn more about how you can help bring comfort to those in need.
