The suiting program is a key component of our service offering at Dress for Success Dutchess County. Volunteer career stylists work with customers during private sessions in our Boutique, helping them select professional attire prior to interviews or before their first week of employment. Career Stylists help build confidence in women seeking employment, helping them look and feel their best. They provide exemplary service, support and encouragement to women desiring to excel at work and in life.

Description
Job-Ready women are referred to Dress for Success Dutchess County by an ever growing number of partner agencies throughout the Hudson Valley. Our programming is offered free of charge to every woman we serve - by appointment.
Program areas include;
- Career Styling
Individual consultations with Career Stylists for professional attire for interviews and/or employment.
- Career Center
Job search support, interview skill practice, resume and cover letter development, coaching, soft skills development and workshops.
