Are you dynamic? Enterprising? Love Social Media? Fundraising? PR? Want to help a start.up global non.profit move from Phase I into Phase II? We are offering internships with Global Scribes :: Youth Uniting Nations(r) as a volunteer opportunity. Depending upon your location, these positions may be virtual or in.house. They are diverse in scope. The emphasis will be aiding with the myriad of components integral to any start.up business.
Our focus is on raising Awareness Participation and Funding. In addition to social and SEO management, these rolls may also encompass: Marketing, Research, Filing, Quickbooks, PR, Cold Calling, continuing the social media drive put into place with HPU senior students and our Scribers, namely, Facebook, as well as, Development, Press outreach, etc.
Depending upon whether or not you are a Scriber (ages 8 - 25) or older, responsibilities may also include: posting a monthly response to our spark words; contributing videos storytelling responses to the spark words--yours and/or your friends and/or fellow school buddies; contributing to our social media sites with our GS Youth-led teams; motivating your friends to join; and/or introducing our nonprofit to your school leaders!
The positions will never be dull and will be creative; GSYUN is a place where all great ideas are welcome! We are young, flexible, dynamic, and are looking for driven, resusts-oriented people who rate themselves against the highest of standards, with a spark to work and the high energy necessary for entrepreneurial success. You can make this as rewarding as you wish!

Scribers come together within their own cyber-secure network that merges their 'virtual life' & their 'life off-tech’ to CREATE, CONNECT and COLLABORATE with peers from around the world. Through progressive communication, creative expression, cross-cultural collaboration within our 17 youth-led GS Teams, our youth are addressing some of the world’s most critical challenges today, incl. climate change, migration, (mental) health, social isolation & global re-entrenchment; they are empowered and encouraged to turn their aspirations into reality; they are acknowledged as a resource for solving global challenges.
We are currently converting from a website to an app. We are also looking for interns!
