The Tail's End Thrift Store is a major fundraiser for the Humane Society of Elmore County. It is open on Thursday - Friday & Saturday 9am-3pm. It is all donations & run by volunteers so EVERY DIME goes to help the homeless animals in the humane shelter. Volunteers can sign up for a two hour (or more) shift on any day they are able to help.
We will allow youth to help without an adult , if release form is signed by parent.

The Humane Society of Elmore County is always in need of friendly , dependable volunteers to help with their many events & fundraisers year round!
We are not only in Elmore County doing events & adoptions, we go into other Tri County areas , so need volunteers in River Region; Wetumpka, Montgomery , Prattville & more.
