Do you have experience organizing events but also want to make a difference in the life of a rescued cat? This is the opportunity for you! Save the Cats Arizona needs volunteers to organize various fundraising events planned throughout the year. These include benefits at local restaurants and larger events such as our yearly three-day garage sale. Responsibilities include: overall event planning, coordinating with the venue, coordinating volunteers, overseeing the event implementation, and record keeping. You may elect to head up one event or several. If interested, please fill out our online volunteer application on our website at www.savethecatsaz.org.
New volunteer orientations are held the second Saturday of every month. Check our website calendar for more information. If you'd like to attend an upcoming orientation, please send an email to kathy@savethecatsaz.org

Save the Cats Arizona is a cat rescue and sanctuary located in Gilbert, AZ. We are committed to a no-kill philosophy. We believe that cats are sentient, feeling beings who deserve our respect and kindness. While dedicated to providing a lifetime of health, safety, and happiness to cats living in our sanctuary, we also strive to find solutions for at-risk cats we cannot take in due to limited space.

While dedicated to providing a lifetime of health, safety, and happiness to cats living in our sanctuary, we also strive to find solutions for at-risk cats we cannot take in due to limited space.
We are an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 organization, so 100% of all donations go to the cats. Save the Cats Arizona’s tax identification number (EIN) is 20-5164793.
