Looking for social and fun people to help at New Vista's Wine Walk at Downtown Summerlin (1980 Festival Plaza Dr, Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV 89135). A Wine Walk is an evening of wine tasting in a unique outdoor setting. We set up 20 tasting stations. Guests check-in, receive a wine glass and a tasting card, and then are free to roam around sampling the wines. Wine Walks are casual and fun events.
A Wine Walk is an all-volunteer event. Volunteers choose to help with Set up, Registration, or Wine Pourer/Ticket Taker.
Set up 5:30 PM- 9:00 PM Help set up wine stations and registration tents Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Registration 5:30 PM- 9:00 PM Check-in guests ID the guests and put wristbands on them Hand out wine glasses Dress nicely in comfortable shoes. Nice jeans are acceptable. New Vistas' colors are Navy blue and yellow, it'd be a bonus if you wore our colors.
Wine Pourer 5:30 PM- 9:00 PM Must be 21 years old. Pour wine and mingle with the guests! Wear a nice Navy blue shirt/blouse and nice pants or skirt. Nice jeans are acceptable
Map Puncher 5:30 PM- 9:00 PM Must be 18 years old and bring a smile! Wear a nice Navy blue shirt/blouse and nice pants or skirt. Nice jeans are acceptable. As you mingle with guests, using a hole punch, you'll punch the guest's Wine Walk maps of the station you are working at.
