ORGANIZATION: Southeast Seattle Tool Library

  • 1 person is interested

By offering classes on everything from backyard booze to soap making, the Tool Library provides a tremendous diversity of unique education for those looking to explore new skills. The Programming and Education Coordinator will design and plan programs in keeping with the Tool Library's mission, recruit community instructors for DIY classes, promote rental of the Tool Library shop space for outside events, foster partnerships with other community organizations and create advertising and literature to support those efforts. This is a unique opportunity to help build an organization from the ground up.

Description

Start with a book library and hold the books, then add table saws, a couple of pressure washers, a whole lot of knowledge and community spirit and then, okay, we will add back a few books. That's us!
