Our volunteers are the heart of our company! Volunteers visit with patients and provide emotional support to the patient and the patients family. Sometimes the volunteer sits with the patient to allow the family to run short errands which is a huge relief to tired family members.

Homestead Hospice care is specialized in providing support to patients and their loved ones during the final phase of a terminal illness. Hospice care focuses on comfort and quality of life, rather than a cure. The purpose of hospice care is neither to end nor prolong life, but rather to relieve the pain and discomfort of symptoms and give support to patients and their families during "Lifes most important journey"
