There's nothing like having someone who cares!

Our small non profit utilizes volunteers in a few ways. First, volunteers can help facilitate our children's programs. We offer weeknight support groups for children that run September-June and meet twice a month. We also have a summer bereavement day camp offered June 22nd- 25th, 2020. Volunteers support children during grief discussions, play and craft activities under the direction of the Center's staff. These opportunities require a Volunteer Facilitator Training Course. Our philosophy meets the children wherever they are on their journey towards hope following the death of an immediate family member. Past and current volunteers have shared that the time spent with the children offers insight and wisdom which enriches their own lives beyond the time spent with us at the Center. We in turn value our volunteers as the being the heartbeat which sustains our children's programming.

A second opportunity would be to assist in fundraising, working at special events and spreading awareness. From office support to even planning, your talents can make a huge difference!
