ICS is seeking a dynamic skilled individual interested in working with the Caribbean immigrant community to serve as Director of Communications of this 24 year old organization, which is gearing up for next generation of leadership and success. As Director of Communications, the individual will be required to be based in the DMV area and be willing and able to serve an average of 20 hours per month. The organization has ongoing activities and two major events per year at which as Director of Communications.

The mission of ICS is to advance the interests of Caribbean Americans by supporting their economic, social and political empowerment, and to promote the sustainable development of the Caribbean peoples. ICS flagship projects at this time include the promotion of the recognition and celebration of JUNE as National Caribbean American Heritage Month; and the Annual Caribbean American Heritage Awards and the Invest Caribbean Conference. .
