Side by Side Kids provides a free afterschool program to six different elementary schools in Austin, Texas.
We have a big need for volunteers that can support ESL and bilingual students as they complete their homework and continually grow in comfort with English. Even speaking minimal Spanish can make a massive impact!

Description
Side by Side Kids is a faith-based, afterschool program anchored in East Austin’s St. John community. We journey side-by-side with kids from kindergarten to 5th grade, encouraging and equipping them to reach their highest God-given potential as everyday leaders and heroes of tomorrow.
We are committed to tutoring and inspiring our kids to reach academic excellence and encouraging them to make wise choices as we share the love and truth of the heart-changing Gospel with them.
