Please join the American Diabetes Association as we continue the fight to Stop Diabetes. The American Diabetes Association is excited to announce the launch of Diabetes Busters in the Omaha Area. Diabetes Busters is a dynamic program aimed at raising awareness about diabetes beginning with students and their families in the Greater Omaha Area. We are looking for energetic and committed volunteers who are willing to dedicate 1 hour for training and 1-2 hours engaging with 4th graders at various elementary schools in the Omaha area. Volunteers will be trained to lead the students through three fun and engaging stations encouragining diabetes education, nutrition, and exercise.
