What is the leader's role? With the help of a strong adult support team, a leader runs a troop, partnering directly with the girls. A leader communicates with parents, community support team and council. How much time will this take? It's up to you. You decide how many times your troop meets. The time you give as a troop leader is valuable; we'll give you the tools and support to make the most of it. Spanish materials available! Be a mentor today! Interested? As a volunteer, you’ll introduce girls to new experiences that show them they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. You’ll be their cheerleader, guide, and mentor, helping them develop skills and confidence that will last long after the meeting is over.
