The Comfort Food Program at the Founders Cottage is looking for small groups to cook meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) for 7-10 patients.
What is Comfort Food? Volunteers provide dinner for the residents once a month for 6 months.
Why? The variety of food provided maintains the residents’ well-being & helps stimulate their appetite. Also, the heart-warming service adds to their quality of life.
Other Programs: If you would like to host food drives, grocery shop, cook dinner one night, host a theme night, or help in other ways, please contact Angela at Angela@legacycounseling.org or 214-520-6308 ext. 356.
