If you love driving, this is the opportunity for you! Good News Garage, a program of Ascentria Care Alliance, accepts donated cars, vans, and trucks that are then fully inspected and repaired to be awarded to low income families who could not otherwise afford one. We are looking for volunteers who are able to drive a motor vehicle safely and legally to transport our donated vehicles. The volunteers must be able to properly communicate any concerns about a vehicle's performance and evaluate the readiness of a vehicle using a checklist. With your help, we can brighten the future for many families by providing transportation to allow them to attend school, go to work, and give them access to essential life activities.
