Breakthrough Ministries2647 Bloomington Ave SMinneapolis, MN 55407

Each Sunday and Tuesday evening, Breakthrough provides home-cooked meals to the homeless and those in need. Normally, various groups sign up to come to bring a meal and serve it on a Sunday. On occasion, a group cancels and we are left to fill in with a meal for 60-100. It is very helpful for us to have large containers or frozen, home-cooked meals where we can reheat in our ovens on such occassions. We also feed a smaller group of the homeless on Tuesday evenings who join us for a Bible Study. Would you consider preparing a large disposable alunimum tray of lasagna, potatoes, or other hotdishes which would reheat well in an oven? These dishes are frozen and used as needed.
