Information Desk & Kiosk Volunteers greet and assist visitors and arriving patients, whether it’s directing, escorting, aiding with visitor’s passes, or just listening. The main information desk is located next to the busy main hospital entrance. Other information kiosks are located around the Highland Hospital campus including the Highland Care Pavillion Building and Acute Care Tower. Shifts are either 8am -12pm, 12pm-4pm or 1pm - 5pm.
