Network is primarily a volunteer run organization and needs individuals like you to help us serve this community.
Seniors Net Volunteer duties include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Interviewing clients to see how we can help them
- Scheduling handymen (these men help do things from changing light bulbs to mowing)
- Other duties as assigned
***This posting is for a 3 hour weekly commitment for at least a period of 6 months.***

Description
The Network of Community Ministries, Inc.(Network), founded in 1985, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. Network responds to human needs by providing assistance with the goal of helping individuals achieve long-term independence. Network is based in Richardson, Texas and has a service area encompassing fourteen zip codes in Dallas County. Network is a non-denominational community-based organization with currently three divisions:
Emergency Services- providing health and temporary services to children, low-income families, and senior citizens.
Adolescent and Children's Clinic- meeting the medical and dental care needs of uninsured school children.
The Seniors' Net- dedicated to helping the older generations live independently, for as long as possible, in the familiar environment of their own home.
